Job Purpose Summary: Service Products Sold by Agren– Provide Exemplary Customer Service
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- Install appliances per manufacturer’s specifications
- Troubleshoot, diagnosis, and repair underperforming appliances
- Communicate with customer any issues, what it will take to resolve, and how much it will cost
- Instruct customer on proper use and maintenance of their appliance
- Collecting payment when services are rendered
- Resolve customer issues/concerns – escalate unresolved issues to Service Manager
- Be respectful of customer’s property to avoid incurring damage
- Maintain company vehicle and equipment
- Conduct all transactions professionally as a representative of Agren Appliance
Physical Requirements:
- Frequently moves appliances weighing, floor to waist > 125 lbs.
- Frequently lifts objects waist to overhead > 50 lbs.
- Frequently push/pulls 50-100 lbs.
- Frequent gripping of up to 75 lbs.
- Frequent forward bending, deep-knee bending, kneeling, twisting

Delivery Driver

Responsibilities include driving a delivery vehicle, delivering and installing home appliances, and taking care of our customer’s needs.
This position is full time, Monday-Friday 8am-5pm, with some flexibility for dealing with things that come up in life.
Starting pay is $14 per hour with plenty of opportunity for additional compensation, plus a generous bonus program.

Position: Delivery Associate – Non-exempt
Position Reports to: Warehouse Manager
Job Purpose Summary : Ensure Proper Delivery of Product – Exemplary Customer Service
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- Deliver customer’s orders, on time, without damage to product or customer’s property
- Strong attention to detail, organization
- Conduct all transactions professionally as a representative of Agren Appliance – exhibit excellent communication skills with customers
- Resolve customer issues, escalating to warehouse manager as needed
- Adhere to all safety rules and regulations, as well as dedicated use of safety equipment
- Observe all traffic laws, safe driving practices
- Maintain company vehicle and equipment
- Keen attention to punctuality to ensure timely deliveries
- Assist in keeping warehouse clean and organized
- Participate in other projects, around the company, as needed
- Must work as a team with other delivery personnel and employees throughout the company

Customer Service Representative
Position: Customer Service Representative – Non-exempt
Position Reports to: Service Manager
Job Purpose Summary: Provide Exemplary Customer Service.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- Schedule timely service and installation calls
- Map out routes for service technicians
- Provide pricing and service information to customers
- Set up new customer accounts
- Schedule parts and reschedules for service
- Communicate with manufacturers about customers’ accounts
- Maintain customer accounts
- Handle and resolve customer’s concerns
- Perform customer surveys
- Communicate through various methods-telephone, email, in-person
- Enters information into computer data base with a focus on accuracy and efficiency
- Assist in cleaning of employee breakroom
- Must work as part of a customer service team
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%
- Occasionally move about office to access files, speak to customers, supervisor
- Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine, and computer printer.

Position Reports to: Warehouse Manager
Job Purpose Summary: Ensure proper receiving, loading and unloading of appliances and furniture from Manufacturers – Exemplary Customer Service
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- Pick customer’s orders, on time, without damage to product
- Strong attention to detail, organization
- Adhere to all safety rules and regulations, as well as dedicated use of safety equipment
- Observe all traffic laws, safe driving practices (driving to multiple warehouses)
- Maintain company vehicle and equipment
- Assist Shift supervisor with loading customers appliances during customer pick ups
- Assist in keeping warehouse clean and organized
- Participate in other projects, around the company, as needed
- Must work as a team with other warehouse personnel and employees throughout the company
Physical Requirements:
- Frequently moves appliances weighing, floor to waist > 200 lbs.
- Frequently lifts objects waist to overhead > 50 lbs.
- Frequently push/pulls 50-200 lbs.
