This position is full time.
Starting pay for this position is $22-$35 per hour depending on qualifications, which is higher than the state average for like positions.

Job Purpose Summary: Service Products Sold by Agren– Provide Exemplary Customer Service
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- Install appliances per manufacturer’s specifications
- Troubleshoot, diagnosis, and repair underperforming appliances
- Communicate with customer any issues, what it will take to resolve, and how much it will cost
- Instruct customer on proper use and maintenance of their appliance
- Collecting payment when services are rendered
- Resolve customer issues/concerns – escalate unresolved issues to Service Manager
- Be respectful of customer’s property to avoid incurring damage
- Maintain company vehicle and equipment
- Conduct all transactions professionally as a representative of Agren Appliance
Physical Requirements:
- Frequently moves appliances weighing, floor to waist > 125 lbs.
- Frequently lifts objects waist to overhead > 50 lbs.
- Frequently push/pulls 50-100 lbs.

Delivery Specialist
Agren Appliance is looking for motivated, reliable Delivery Specialists!
Starting Pay for this position is $20.00 an hour with a path for career development that works you up to $27.00 an hour.
(Candidates with a DOT Card Automatically qualify for $1.00 more an hour)
Qualified candidates will have a can-do attitude, be over 21 years of age, have heavy lifting experience, enjoy working in a team environment and have a clean driving record. The rest we can train you on!
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- Deliver customers’ orders, on time, without damage to product or customer’s property
- Strong attention to detail, organization

Customer Service Representative
Position: Customer Service Representative – Non-exempt
Position Reports to: Customer Service Manager
Starting Pay: $23.00 per hour
Job Purpose Summary: To provide an exemplary experience for our customers with service scheduling needs as well as all facets of the service department. All customer Service Representatives must be career-minded professionals that demonstrate and execute duties at a high level of accuracy and excellence.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- Schedule customers for service needs. Including rescheduling, keeping a quota of invoices produced daily vs how many customers have been scheduled.
- Use mapping technology for all calls. (Microsoft office/Google Maps/Package AI)
- Communicate all pricing, collect payments, review warranty information.
- Assist customer service manager, supervisors, installation, and delivery teams as well as sales teams with customers with specific service requests.
- Maintain several platforms consistently throughout the day.
- Maintain organization and be detail oriented while setting a high-level work pace.
- Maintains a calm and collected demeanor while interacting and researching resolutions to difficult situations with each of your customers.
- Sustains a high call volume with a daily percentage rate of 70% or higher all for calls answered.
- Works as a team and is respectful of others. Assists co-workers as able and is professional and respectful of others time.
- Maintains an excellent attendance record.
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%
- Occasionally move about office at times.

Warehouse Associate
Position: Warehouse Associate – Non-exempt
Position Reports to: Warehouse Manager
Job Purpose Summary: Ensure proper receiving, loading and unloading of appliances and furniture from Manufacturers – Exemplary Customer Service
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- Pick customer’s orders, on time, without damage to product
- Strong attention to detail, organization
- Adhere to all safety rules and regulations, as well as dedicated use of safety equipment
- Observe all traffic laws, safe driving practices (driving to multiple warehouses)
- Maintain company vehicle and equipment
- Assist Shift supervisor with loading customers appliances during customer pick ups
- Assist in keeping warehouse clean and organized
- Participate in other projects, around the company, as needed
- Must work as a team with other warehouse personnel and employees throughout the company

Sales Associate
Position: Sales – Non-exempt
Position Reports to: Store Manager
Job Purpose Summary: Representative of Agren’s Products-Exemplary Customer Service.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- Customer service – assist customers in purchasing decisions, answer questions, find solutions to their concerns, process credit applications, process returns and refunds
- Stay up-to-date on products, availability, function, pricing, and rebates offered
- Educate customers on warranty program
- Follow-through on customer orders – ensure timely delivery
- Monitor salesfloor inventory
- Set up floor models
- Provide specs to contractors and customers
- Opening and closing of retail store operations
- Ensure pricing integrity with timely prices changes
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized workstation and salesfloor
- Communicate through various methods-telephone, email, in-person
- Position requires excellent attendance and punctuality to ensure great customer service
- Must work as part of a team, assisting other salespeople, as well as other departments, thereby ensuring a great experience for our customers
