COVID-19 Prevention

As the state of Maine begins to re-open, we want to update our customers on the safety measures and protocols in place at Agren stores.

 

Dear Customers,

As our state moves into new phases of reopening, I wanted to take a moment to update you on the protocols we have in place at each of our six locations. Following new state guidelines, we’ve implemented updated safety measures to ensure the health of our employees and you. The entire Agren team looks forward to seeing our customers back in-store so we can continue to provide the quality service we’re known for.

In-Store:

Customers can trust that we will continue to follow CDC recommendations at our six locations. Please note that, per state guidelines, only five customers are permitted in-store at one time. To continue to help limit exposure of COVID-19, the state recommends customers and staff wear face masks and maintain a distance of six feet between themselves and others.

If you are considered more vulnerable or have underlying health issues, our team is happy to schedule a private store visit. Please call 800-335-0235 to make that appointment.

Cleaning services at all Agren locations will continue, including providing sanitizing wipes near all workstations and counters. A cleaning and sanitizing program will remain in place for our showroom floors to make sure our workplace is exceptionally clean.

We will continue to follow the Centers for Disease Control’s (CDC) guidelines and recommendations on the steps we can further take to help prevent the spread of the virus. Our employees know the importance of washing their hands and staying home if they feel sick, and management will survey employees daily to screen for illness as suggested by the CDC.

All Agren appliances and mattresses can be found online at www.agrenappliance.com and www.agrenmattress.com. Here you will find all of the products that you can find in Agren stores. Simply place your order, and we’ll have it delivered. For monthly specials found online, you will find a contact form that you can fill out and know that we will be in touch to walk you through the purchasing steps.

As always, our team is available via phone or text messaging. Just call or text us at 1-800-335-0235. A sales associate will answer or respond to help you complete your purchase, answer questions, or schedule a delivery.

Deliveries & Service:

For in-home deliveries, installations, or repairs, our teams on the road will continue following safety measures to help prevent any spread of illness and take the following precautions:

  • Sanitizing hands before entering customer homes.
  • Rubber gloves are available to workers upon the request of homeowners.
  • We will be staggering crew start times to limit contact.
  • Our teams will be paired with the same partner to avoid cross-contamination.
  • Daily sanitization of all Agren warehouse equipment and delivery tools.

We will continue our steps taken at the Agren warehouse to keep our crews safe, including splitting up start times and having customer pickups outside of the building.
