Mattress Delivery Checklist

- You have measured your hallways, doors, and inspected the path for installation to make sure your new mattress and foundation or adjustable base will fit into the desired room. It is critical to measure available space. Agren is not responsible for bedding products purchased that won’t fit into your desired location. We offer split foundations for queen mattresses if dimensions are an issue. These are special order items, so please make us aware of space issues at time of purchase .
- New bedding sets are designed to be more comfortable and thicker than older sets. If height is a concern, ask us about drop-down rails, or low profile foundations. NOTE: Your new sleep set is likely much thicker than your current set. Some of these mattresses require deep pocket sheets, which are readily available.
- Settling is perfectly normal in today’s thicker, more comfortable mattresses. This is not an indication of a defect. Instead, the mattress is simply conforming to your body which is what it is designed to do. The majority of the settling will take place within the first 60 days of the life of the mattress.
- Rotate your new mattress – just like tires on your car, a new mattress may wear unevenly if it is not rotated, and may void your warranty. We recommend you rotate and turn your mattress at least 4 times per year to extend the life of your mattress.
- Give it time – Your mattress is made to order and built for you specifically. Please be aware that your mattress is made with brand new materials and will have a ‘new mattress’ smell, which is completely normal. This smell will dissipate over time. Additionally, you may experience an adjustment period with your new sleep set. This is normal and may last upwards of 30-45 nights. Give your body time to adjust to your new mattress.
- Rest Easy – Agren proudly offers a 100 night comfort exchange program. This program protects your investment by allowing you to receive a credit of 80% of the purchase price (less a $50 delivery fee) to be used towards a one-time comfort exchange. This program is only available when a mattress protector is purchased with the mattress and does not apply to foundations or adjustable bases.
- You understand that removing the law tag from my mattress and/or boxspring voids the warranty.
Important! Agren follows the guidelines set forth by each manufacturer’s warranty, which will arrive with your new mattress. Please remember that BEDDING PURCHASES ARE NOT RETURNABLE, unless covered by our Comfort Exchange Program.
